JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple DTC brands, and we’re looking for an A-to-Z AI Video Editor who can create high-converting Meta ads from start to finish.

This is not a simple “clip editor” role.

You’ll own the entire creative process:
-Scriptwriting (with AI support)
-AI-generated b-roll
-AI talking heads / avatars
-Voiceovers
-Editing and final delivery

For each project, we provide:
-Brand information
-Product details
-Inspiration ads
-Creative direction

From there, you turn the brief into scroll-stopping ads built to convert.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
~ Real experience editing video ads for DTC e-commerce brands
~ Strong understanding of what makes Meta ads perform
~ Experience using AI tools for scripting, visuals, voiceovers, avatars, and workflows
~ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
~ Someone who understands direct-response creative, not just aesthetics

PROJECT DETAILS
~ $25 per finished video
~ Typical project size: 8–10 videos ($200–$250 per batch)
~ Ads are usually 30–50 seconds, vertical format, optimized for Meta
~ Standard turnaround: around 4 days per project (set together beforehand)
~ Revisions included until final approval
~ Access to our paid AI tool subscriptions including Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and more
~ Ongoing work available — minimum 4 projects monthly
~ We recommend CapCut, but use whatever delivers the best results

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with:

VideoEditor369

Then answer these 4 questions briefly and directly:

1. Share your portfolio with at least 5 DTC e-commerce ads you personally edited. If any performed well, include rough performance numbers (ROAS, CTR, CPA, spend, etc.).
2. In your opinion, what are the top 3 elements that make a Meta video ad convert?
3. Which AI tools are currently part of your workflow, and what do you use each one for?
4. Walk us through how you would turn one brief into a completed batch of 8–10 ads. What would your realistic turnaround time look like?

We’re looking for editors who understand performance marketing, move fast, and know how to use AI to produce winning creatives at scale.
