We are seeking a highly experienced Airbnb Virtual Assistant to join our growing short-term rental business. This role is for someone who already has hands-on experience managing vacation rental operations and can confidently navigate multiple booking platforms without basic training. Must have experience directly working with Airbnb hosts and managing day to day tasks.
We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to build efficient operational systems, improve workflows, and help streamline day-to-day management across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of creating structure that allows the business to scale efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, operational thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Airbnb and short-term rental operations
Strong understanding of:
Listing optimization
Pricing management
Calendar synchronization
Guest communication
Resolution center claims
Cleaning coordination
Maintenance coordination
Review management
Ability to create and improve:
Systems
SOPs
Workflows
Operational processes
Automation and efficiency improvements
Experience using Notion to organize operations and create detailed property specifications, house manuals, workflows, and internal documentation
Expert-level English (written and verbal) required
Comfortable handling guest phone calls and troubleshooting guest issues in real time
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required

Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally
Handle guest issues, complaints, and troubleshooting calls
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and turnovers
Optimize listings, pricing, and occupancy
Monitor reservations, calendars, and platfor
Build systems that improve operational efficiency and scalability
Create and maintain property specifications and operational documentation in Notion
Maintain high guest satisfaction and review scores
