Etsy Print on Demand Graphic Designer

Position Type: Part-Time (Transitioning to Full-Time based on shop performance)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to create high-converting t-shirt designs for our growing Etsy print-on-demand apparel brand.

This role will start as a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) and may scale up to a full-time position (40+ hours per week) during major holiday rushes and based on the quality of your output. You will be responsible for creating trending apparel graphics, including custom bootleg designs, seasonal collections, and established Etsy aesthetic styles.

MUST HAVE PRIOR ETSY GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE: You must understand the Etsy platform, its target audience, and the specific aesthetic styles that sell well within the e-commerce apparel space.

What You Will Do:
Create original, high-quality t-shirt designs tailored to the Etsy market.

Work on custom bootleg designs involving photo manipulation, typography, and blending.

Research current trends and color schemes using incognito browsing to ensure designs are competitive.

Adapt to new design styles quickly and ensure all artwork is formatted correctly for print-on-demand production.

Technical Skills Required:
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual balance.

Ability to cleanly mask, crop, and edit customer-provided photos for custom designs.

Our Hiring Process:
To ensure your skills align with our brand's standards, our interview process includes a practical application section. This allows us to see how you naturally interpret design prompts and handle real-world styles used in our store.
