Full-Time Video Editor

We are hiring a long-term full-time Video Editor to edit videos and generate thumbnails for multiple AI Youtube channels. You will use AI tools and our GitHub tools to follow our SOPs and produce great results. The ideal applicant can commit full time (7 days a week), has a high spec computer and can finish several videos per day without supervision. Do not apply if this isn’t you. We are a fast growing company that do not need people that will slow us down.

Responsibilities
~ Edit videos using our GitHub automation tool + your editing software
~ Generate and design thumbnails (using our tool for image generation + Canva for design)
~ Upload and publish 4–6 videos per day
~ Maintain tone, consistency, and accuracy across all content
~ Communicate daily with the manager for updates and performance reports

Editing Workflow
~ You’ll be given access to AI automation tools on GitHub that speed up editing
~ Image and video generation is automated and quick (multiple video’s assets can be generated simultaneously)
~ Most edits on your software take 15–30 minutes
~ Create multiple thumbnail variations
~ Export and upload
~ Each full workflow (edit + thumbnail + upload) must be finished within 2 hours maximum

Requirements
To qualify, you MUST:
~ Be able to commit full-time to this job (no students, no part-timers)
~ Have a high-spec computer or laptop that can handle daily AI-generated content (images / videos / voiceovers)

Compensation
~ Base salary + raises for consistency, channel growth, company loyalty
~ Long-term and secure employment
