About the Role
We're a small digital marketing agency based in the US looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can hit the ground running. We have a project already in progress that needs someone to come in, get up to speed quickly, and carry it across the finish line. This project involves WordPress (design and development), GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, and/or funnels), and LearnDash (LMS course setup). You'll need to be comfortable working across all three.
This starts as a gig, but we work with people long-term. If you're reliable, communicate well, and do great work, there will be more projects coming your way.
What You'll Be Working On
Completing an in-progress WordPress site (design, layout, functionality)
GoHighLevel setup — pipelines, automations, forms, and/or funnel pages
LearnDash course configuration — lessons, quizzes, drip content, or membership integration
Coordinating with our team lead to understand what's done and what needs finishing
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience with WordPress design and development (Divi, Elementor, or similar builders)
Know GoHighLevel well — not just the basics, but the settings that matter
Have built out or configured courses in LearnDash
Can read an existing project and figure out where things stand without needing everything spelled out
Communicate clearly and proactively — if something's unclear or blocked, you say so
Are available to start within the next few days
Nice to Have
Experience with WooCommerce or membership plugins
Familiarity with working with US-based clients and agencies
Portfolio or examples of past WordPress/GHL/LearnDash work
