Shopify Desginer Needed Seasonal Store refrreshes For Luxury Hair brand

Hi! I’m Ari, founder of THEARIANNEFFEXT — a luxury hair bundle brand on Shopify. I’m looking for a Shopify designer I can work with long-term to refresh my store seasonally throughout the year.

the setup :
I want to refresh my Shopify store 4 times per year to match seasonal campaigns Spring (prom, Easter, festival season)
• Summer (vacation, weddings, summer drops)
• Fall (back-to-school, transition season)
• Holiday (parties, NYE, gift cards)
each refresh includes :
•Updated homepage hero banner and promo announcement bar
• New seasonal landing page or collection page
• Updated featured products and collection layouts
• Seasonal color accents while keeping my core brand colors intact (navy / teal / orange / cream)
• Mobile-first design — most of my traffic comes from Instagram
• Refreshed graphics, lifestyle imagery, and promo sections
• Light copy updates to match the season’s campaign

what stays consistent across all refreshes

•Brand fonts (Fraunces + Inter)
• Core color palette
• Logo and main brand identity
• Product pages and checkout flow

what I will provide :
• Campaign theme and seasonal messaging
• Product photography and brand assets
• Inspiration references
• Access to my Shopify admin (collaborator account)

what I need from you :
•polished, luxury, conversion-focused storefront for each season
• Loom video walking me through every refresh so my team can maintain iT ( hopeful to have you join the team )
• 1 round of revisions included per refresh
• Ability to commit to a recurring schedule (one refresh every 2–3 months)

REQUIRED:
• 2+ years Shopify design/development experience
• Portfolio of LIVE Shopify stores you’ve designed
• Experience with premium themes (Impulse, Prestige, Broadcast, Dawn, etc.)
• Strong eye for luxury / fashion / beauty aesthetics
• Mobile optimization experience
• Reliable communication and on-time delivery

BONUS :
•Beauty / hair / fashion ecommerce experience
• Basic Liquid coding for custom sections
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) for seasonal banners
• Page speed optimization

PRICING STRUCTURE :
I’d like to lock in a flat rate per seasonal refresh so we both know what to expect. Please send your rate per refresh (4 refreshes per year).
