ISA position (looking for little to no accent) (GREAT PAY) (GREAT GROWTH)

I am looking for an ISA agent to handle appointment setting for my clients. You will be calling up leads as soon as they come in and setting them as appointments.

You will be paid $100 per client per month that you're on, which is the cool part, your pay increases as the company grows. Also, many opportunities for raises and bonuses. Right now, we have 10+ clients and are scaling at about 2-3 new clients per week. Each client will take about 8-12 hours of work per month. You also will prove that you're able to handle more clients and are performing in order to be put on more clients. You have to earn your pay.

Requirements:
You must have little to no accent. I need you to sound as close to an American as possible.
You need to understand how to have a natural, friendly conversation and still have the skills to sell someone.
You must have good customer service skills.
Must be competent.
Also someone looking to stick around and grow with a real company that's scaling up.
