REMOTE DIGITAL MARKETING & SALES ASSISTANT
(Wellness / Healing Center – USA)
We are a growing wellness and healing center located in McLean/Tysons, Virginia, USA, looking for an experienced and motivated remote Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant from the Philippines to help us grow our brand and increase bookings.
Our center specializes in therapeutic massage, nervous system healing, lymphatic massage, TMJ therapy, wellness retreats, and holistic healing services. We are building a strong wellness brand focused on stress relief, healing, and creating a peaceful sanctuary for our clients.
We are looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable in:
• Google Ads
• Social media marketing
• TikTok and Instagram growth
• Lead generation
• Sales and appointment setting
• Client follow-up and conversion
Responsibilities:
• Help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Help increase leads and bookings
• Assist with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media growth
• Upload and schedule reels/videos/content
• Help create social media strategies and trends
• Respond to leads quickly through text, email, Instagram, and Facebook
• Call potential clients and help convert leads into bookings
• Follow up with missed calls and inquiries
• Help with email marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work together with our in-house content creator and marketing team
• Track marketing performance and ideas for growth
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram marketing
• Sales and customer service experience
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients
• Excellent English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Experience in wellness, spa, chiropractic, med spa, or healthcare marketing is a plus
• Must have reliable internet and ability to work remotely
Hours:
Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
