Real Estate Content Creator – Video Reels Editor

Hi Im Francesca, and I'm looking for a creative and skilled video editor who can transform professional videography footage into dynamic, engaging property reels that capture attention and keep viewers watching on a long-term, recurring basis.

You will receive raw footage shot by our professional videographers and turn it into short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The goal is to create a cinematic walkthrough-style flow, guiding viewers through the property in a way that feels immersive, polished, and compelling.
This is not basic slideshow editing. We want reels that tell a story and make someone feel like they are already walking through their future home.

About the work:
I have clients in real estate and I need an editor who can handle the full content creation so I can focus on the client relationship. If we work well together, this will be steady, predictable monthly work, and I'm open to bringing you more clients as I grow.

What You Will Do
Edit professional raw footage into polished, dynamic property reels (15–60 seconds)
Build a smooth walkthrough flow that guides viewers room to room with intentional pacing and transitions
Use AI tools and/or editing software to enhance footage and create motion effects
Add music, sound design, text overlays, and motion graphics suited to the property's style and price point
Deliver content optimized for vertical format (9:16) for Reels and TikTok
Maintain a consistent visual brand across all property content

Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form video reels a portfolio or sample work is required to apply
Proficiency in at least one editing platform: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience using AI-assisted editing tools such as CapCut AI, Runway ML, or similar
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
Ability to match editing style and tone to the property type (starter home vs. luxury listing)
Fast turnaround ability to deliver within 48 to 72 hours per property
Reliable internet connection and clear communication


Nice to Have
Experience editing real estate, architecture, or interior design content
Motion graphics or After Effects skills
Drone footage editing experience
Ability to add AI voiceover or narration for walkthrough-style videos

Compensation
Per project / per property - will be a package deal of between 5-25 reels) rate negotiable based on experience and the number of reels per listing. Please include your rate expectation when applying.
