The Role
You will produce short and long form UGC video ads for Meta using a mix of AI-generated content you create yourself. Take a brief, generate the assets, edit the ad, and deliver multiple hook variations on a fast turnaround.
What You Will Do
Edit direct-response
Generate AI UGC content across a wide range of tools (Veo 3, Kling, Sora, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, and others)
Blend AI talking heads, AI B-roll, and real product footage into seamless, native-feeling ads
Build scroll-stopping hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
Add subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, and on-screen text
Produce 5–10 hook and angle variations per concept
Export multiple aspect ratios from a single edit
Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance data
Required
2+ years editing and creating AI video ads for DTC brands (portfolio required)
PROVEN UGC-style ads that have run on Meta
Hands-on experience with multiple AI video generation model
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong written and spoken English
Include the word "apple" in your application otherwise it will not be considered
Same-day or next-day turnaround on most edits
Self-directed — you learn new AI tools without being told to
Work Setup
3–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (~20 hours per week). Async, flexible hours with reliable daily output expected. Strong performers will be offered more hours and performance-based bonuses.
