Full Time Creative Strategist (20 Concepts/Week) - 8 Figure Ecom Company

ME Ventures is an 8 figure ecommerce holding company running multiple health and wellness brands. We spend 7 figures monthly on Meta ads alone.

We are hiring a full time Creative Strategist who will own the entire concept, scripting, and ad copy pipeline for our AI video ad production team. You will work directly with our video editors to turn raw ideas into high performing ads at scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Write 20 fresh ad concepts per week. This includes long form Facebook ad copies (800+ words), AI video ad scripts with detailed scene by scene direction, and creative briefs for editors. Every script comes with exact pacing, transitions, text placement, visual mood, and hook structure.

You must have a strong eye for detail. When you brief an editor, you describe the exact scene, camera angle, text overlay timing, and emotional beat of every transition. Your editors should never have to guess what you meant.

Research competitors, winning ads, hooks, angles, and trends daily. You live inside ad libraries, spy tools, and social feeds looking for what converts and why. You reverse engineer winning ads and build better versions.

Collaborate closely with video editors every single day. The quality of their output depends entirely on the quality of your scripts and visual direction. You own the creative. They execute it.

Analyze ad performance data and iterate. When something wins, you know why. You create variations of it the same day. When something fails, you diagnose it and pivot.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have written scripts or concepts responsible for at least 6 figures in ad spend in the last 4 months. We will ask for proof.

B2+ English. Your scripts must be sharp, natural, and persuasive. If your copy reads like AI wrote it, you are not the right fit.

Deep understanding of direct response advertising, emotional hooks, storytelling frameworks, and conversion psychology.

Experience writing long form ad copies (800+ words) that actually convert.

Experience scripting video ads with detailed visual direction.

Experience in health, wellness, or supplement niches is a strong plus.

Active on Telegram daily. All communication happens there.

Can commit full time, 40 hours per week, exclusively to us.
