Email Marketing & E-commerce Specialist (Klaviyo & Shopify)

We're hiring a Senior Email Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to completely own our Klaviyo email program and its seamless integration with our Shopify store. You will write copy that sounds unmistakably like us, design highly converting campaigns, and ensure our customer journey is flawless. This is a hands-on, full-time role: you build the flows, you design the emails, and you hit send. No waiting on a separate team.

What You'll Own:

Klaviyo Mastery: Build, design, and send all email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo from scratch.

Shopify Integration: Keep all email marketing tightly integrated with our Shopify store—orchestrating communication around new arrivals, product drops, collections, and promotions.

Brand Voice: Write compelling email copy and maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across every touchpoint.

Data & Analytics: Track email and store performance, continuously refining campaigns, segmentations, and flows based on results.

E-commerce Strategy: Bring innovative ideas to the table to increase customer retention and lifetime value through email channels.

Must-Haves (We're Choosy — These Are Non-Negotiable):

Exceptional Communication: Written and verbal skills must be elite. This is the #1 requirement. Your copywriting must be excellent.

Senior-Level Experience: Proven experience as an email marketer for a consumer or e-commerce brand.

The Tech Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (campaigns, segments, and advanced flows) and a strong working knowledge of Shopify.

Design Chops: Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) to produce polished email graphics independently.

The Mindset: Self-directed, detail-obsessed, and highly reliable working full-time.
