JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Follow-Up Specialist to engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and guide them through the sales process. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. All leads are provided through our automated marketing systems.
Your primary responsibility will be following up with prospects, qualifying their needs, handling objections, negotiating when necessary, and helping move opportunities toward a successful close.

Responsibilities

Follow up with inbound leads generated through automated marketing campaigns.
Contact prospects via phone, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
Qualify prospects based on company criteria.
Conduct discovery conversations and identify customer needs.
Manage sales pipelines and update CRM records accurately.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing and service options when appropriate.
Assist in closing sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
Utilize AI tools to increase productivity and communication effectiveness.


Requirements

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, or closing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent qualifying and objection-handling abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with Wix websites and basic website management.
Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
