We're a prestigious UK specialist clinic serving UHNW clients seeking discretion, excellence, and world-class results. We're not looking for a virtual assistant, we need a digital marketing strategist who can authentically grow our luxury brand across social platforms, convert high-value prospects, and create seamless patient experiences using AI-enhanced workflows.
This role combines creative content production, strategic social media management, e-commerce development, and patient journey optimisation, all while maintaining the ethical standards required in private medical practice.
This is the ground-floor opportunity to build the digital foundation of a rapidly growing luxury wellness brand.

What You'll Actually Do:
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth (50% of role)
Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Create 20-25 platform-specific content pieces weekly (posts, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts)
Develop and maintain sophisticated brand voice targeting UHNW clientele
Build engaged community from current baseline to 10K+ authentic followers within 12 months
Monitor competitors and luxury wellness trends to inform content strategy
Respond to all social inquiries within 2 hours during business hours
Track and report social ROI and conversion metrics weekly

Build email subscriber list from scratch to 500+ qualified contacts (Months 1-3)
Write and send weekly educational newsletters (25-35% open rate target)
Create automated patient nurture sequences and welcome series
Segment audiences for personalized communication strategies
A/B test subject lines, content formats, and calls-to-action
E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization (15% of role)
Build and launch e-commerce functionality for products/services/memberships
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
Create landing pages for specific treatments and campaigns
Implement booking optimization strategies (target: 5-8% conversion rate)
Reduce website bounce rate by 20% within first quarter
Manage online product listings, gift cards, and service descriptions
AI-Powered Automation & Patient Experience (20% of role)
Design and implement 3-5 core patient journey automations (Months 1-3)
Create AI-assisted response templates for common inquiries (compliant with GMC guidelines)
Develop CRM workflows for inquiry-to-consultation-to-patient conversion
Build reusable AI prompts for content creation, patient education, and operational efficiency
Optimize appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient onboarding sequences
Reduce manual administrative time by 60% through intelligent automation
