Keplar is an AI-moderated voice research platform that conducts 1:1 consumer interviews at scale, delivering deep qualitative insights in 72 hours. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, we work with leading consumer brands across CPG, F&B, and retail. We're looking for a hungry BDR to help us build pipeline and bring Keplar's platform to the insights teams that need it most.
What you'll do
-Prospect and identify target accounts within CPG, F&B, and retail -- focusing on mid-to-large consumer brands with dedicated insights or research functions
-Research accounts and contacts to craft personalized, high-quality outreach across
-Book qualified discovery calls for the Head of Growth and CEO
-Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM; track outreach cadences and follow-up rigorously
-Partner closely with the growth team to refine messaging, test new sequences, and iterate on what's working
-Support conference prep and follow-up, including outreach to contacts met at industry events
-Contribute to competitive intelligence and ICP refinement as we scale
What we're looking for
-1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role -- ideally at a B2B SaaS or market research company
-Strong written communication skills; you write concise, compelling, human-sounding outreach
-Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (insights leads, CMOs, VPs of Marketing)
-Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong organizational habits
-Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of consumer research
-Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Nice to have
-Experience selling into CPG, F&B, or retail brands
-Background in market research, insights, or adjacent fields
-Experience at an early-stage startup
