Altura Funding is a US-based business funding company. We help business owners secure 6-figure capital at 0% interest. We're hiring 2 full-time Funding Specialists to join our remote operations team. This is a long-term role with serious earning potential — we're funding 40-70 deals every month, and we need operators who can keep pace.
This is NOT a sales role. Our sales team closes the client. Our operations team onboards them. Our Client Success Manager runs the journey and handles escalations. You build the funding plan and execute it.

What You'll Do
You're the engine that turns a signed, onboarded client into a funded client. Every client you receive has already paid Altura, completed onboarding, and committed to the process. Your job is to build their custom funding plan and execute it.

Receive new clients once they've completed onboarding
Review each client's credit profile, banking history, and business setup
Build a custom funding plan — sequence, timing, lender selection, expected outcomes
Coach the client on prep work — credit fixes, document collection, business filings
Open and season bank accounts in the right order
Submit applications and track approvals across multiple lenders
Follow up daily on pending approvals — nothing sits idle
Update every client's status in our CRM (GoHighLevel) end of every day
Coordinate with our Client Success Manager on client communication and escalations
Coordinate with our Operations Director on stuck deals or process issues
Hit weekly throughput KPIs: funded deals per week, time from signed-to-funded, approval rate


Compensation
This is a performance role. You earn what you produce.

Bonus protection (escrow):

All bonuses are calculated weekly (Monday–Sunday) and held in escrow for 30 days. After the 30-day clean window closes, the bonus is paid the following Friday. If the client refunds, chargebacks, or the funding reverses during that window — the bonus reverses. This protects both sides.

No cap. No limit. The more deals you fund, the more you earn.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday during US business hours (Eastern Time)
Jamaica candidates: you're 1 hour behind EST — perfect overlap
Philippines candidates: this means working US daytime hours (your evening/overnight) — only apply if you can commit to this schedule long-term
Time tracked through Time Doctor (screenshots every 3 minutes — non-negotiable)


Who We're Looking For

Required:

Located in Jamaica or the Philippines
Strong English communication — written AND spoken
Comfortable on Zoom calls with US clients
Detail-oriented — you can read a credit report and know what's wrong with it
Process-driven — you follow sequences, you don't freelance
Self-managed — you don't need someone telling you what to do every hour
Reliable internet (50+ Mbps), working laptop, quiet workspace
Willing to use Time Doctor for the entire shift
Ability to commit to US business hours long-term

Strongly preferred:

Background in business credit, personal credit, banking, or finance
Experience with GoHighLevel, Slack, or Airtable
Prior US client-facing VA experience
You've personally been through a funding process (you know what it feels like from the client's seat)
