We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based healthcare company seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Healthcare Outreach & Referral VA to help us expand our referral relationships throughout South Carolina.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who can help us build relationships with:

Hospitals
Nursing homes
Rehab facilities
Social workers
Doctor offices
Case managers
Community organizations
Elder law / estate attorneys

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and organize healthcare referral databases
Research hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and social workers
Make outreach calls professionally
Send follow-up emails and marketing materials
Schedule meetings for leadership
Track relationships inside CRM systems
Maintain follow-up calendars
Assist with outreach campaigns
Help identify referral opportunities
Support community outreach efforts

Speaks excellent English
Is highly organized
Has confidence on the phone
Can communicate professionally with healthcare professionals
Understands follow-up and relationship-building
Is proactive and detail-oriented
Can think independently without constant supervision
Has stable internet and a quiet work environment

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

Healthcare experience
Medical scheduling experience
Insurance experience
CRM experience
Recruiting or outreach experience
U.S. healthcare terminology knowledge
