We are seeking a reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Operational Sales and Leadership Specialist to join our team long-term. This role requires strong verbal and written English communication skills, as you will be interacting daily with clients, contractors, business prospects, and internal team members.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), be comfortable working independently, possess strong leadership and technical skills, communicate openly and professionally, and be able to follow through on instructions with consistency and attention to detail.Include a  cartoon photo of a bubble bee.

We are also looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and skilled in additional areas that can contribute to company growth, operations, marketing, sales, systems, or team support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls professionally and confidently
• Make outbound B2B prospecting and follow-up calls
• Qualify leads and gather detailed service information
• Manage contacts, conversations, tags, and pipelines within GHL
• Send payment links and confirm client payments
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients and contractors
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and team members
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates
• Provide daily and weekly metrics, progress updates, and performance reports
• Support operational workflows and assist with team coordination when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Creative and forward-thinking mindset
• Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable handling client communication via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
