Professional Phone Caller / Appointment Setter

We run a recruiting agency that connects skilled Filipino talent with U.S. businesses. We place phone callers, appointment setters, salespeople, and recruiters with companies in home services, insurance, real estate, and recruiting.

I'm hiring 1-2 phone callers / appointment setters that we can places with businesses around these niches.

**What you'll do:**
- Call business owners who replied to cold emails (warm leads)
- Run through cold call lists in home services, insurance, real estate, and recruiting niches
- Use a tight script (provided) to qualify the lead and book a 15-min call
- Take notes, update the CRM, follow up on no-answers
- Daily 15-min check-in

**What I need:**
- Native-level or near-native English (clear accent, natural pace)
- Some phone sales / appointment setting / closer experience, ideally with U.S. clients
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Available 4+ hours/day during U.S. business hours
- Willing to learn the tools and systems we use — we'll train you, but you have to want to use them

**What you'll get:**
- $5-7/hour to start, paid weekly (Wise / Payoneer / PayPal — your call)
- Raise to $8-10/hr after 30 days if you're hitting numbers
- Commission bonus when you hit your appointment setting goals
- Additional commission when an appointment you booked turns into a successful close
