Photo & Video Editor – Meta Ads (AI-Savvy)

We are a growing business based in the Netherlands looking for a creative and tech-savvy Photo & Video Editor to produce high-converting Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Your tasks:

Edit photo and video creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads
Resize and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and Feed formats
Add captions, motion graphics, and text overlays
Use AI tools to speed up and enhance the creative workflow

Requirements:

Experience creating Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad creatives
Strong eye for design, detail, and what performs in paid social
Good English communication
Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently

Preferred (big plus):

Experience with Claude (AI writing & workflow automation)
Experience with Weavy / Figma Weave (node-based AI creative platform)
Experience with Higgsfield (AI cinematic video generation)
