JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing e-commerce fashion brand. We turn basic supplier photos (AliExpress-style) into clean, premium-looking product images using AI image generation. We need someone who can do this consistently and who can judge their own work, not just press generate and send whatever comes out.

This is the most important sentence in this post: the skill we're hiring for is not "can you use the tool." It's "can you look at a generated image and know whether it looks premium or cheap, whether the model is consistent, whether the fabric pattern broke, whether a white dress disappears into a white background." If you can't see those things, this role is not for you.

Type: Part-time to start, ongoing for the right person

Salary: $4 an hour with possibility for increases over time.

What you'll do:
- Take supplier product photos plus a prompt template we provide
- Generate clean e-commerce image sets (hero, full body, back, detail) on a consistent studio background
- Keep the same model identity across every angle of a product
- Catch and fix problems: pattern misalignment, wrong colors, stiff poses, garments merging into the background
- Produce color variants of the same garment

You're a fit if:
- You have real experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, Gemini/Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux, etc.)
- You've done fashion or e-commerce product imagery before, show us
- You have an eye for what looks expensive vs. what looks like obvious AI junk
- You're meticulous and you re-do work that isn't right instead of sending it

You're NOT a fit if:
- Your plan is to paste our prompt, generate once, and send the first result
- You've never worked with fashion/clothing imagery
- You can't tell us why one generated image is better than another

Tools and growth: Once hired, you'll get access to a Claude account connected to Higgsfield so you can work efficiently and at volume. In the beginning the work will be mainly image generation. Over time the role can expand into handling the full product listing task.

To apply (applications that skip this are ignored):
- Link 3 to 5 examples of AI fashion/product images you've made
- One sentence: what's the most common mistake you see in AI-generated clothing images, and how do you fix it?

Shortlisted applicants will get a short unpaid test assignment so we can see your skill and approach before hiring.
