About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup Specialist to support the setup, customization, and optimization of our CRM and automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building workflows, pipelines, automations, funnels, integrations, and communication systems within GoHighLevel to support marketing, sales, and operational processes.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in configuring systems efficiently while ensuring functionality, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities;
A. GoHighLevel CRM & System Setup
•Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts, sub-accounts, and user permissions.
•Build and organize CRM pipelines, opportunity stages, tags, and contact segmentation.
•Customize calendars, appointment booking systems, and forms.
•Configure email, SMS, voicemail, and communication channels within GHL.
•Ensure proper account structure, organization, and system optimization.
B. Workflow Automation & Campaign Setup
•Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, and sequences.
•Create automated lead nurturing, follow-up, and customer communication campaigns.
•Configure email marketing campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automation logic.
•Troubleshoot automation errors and optimize workflow efficiency.
•Ensure automations align with operational and sales processes.
C. Funnel, Landing Page & Website Support
•Build and customize funnels, landing pages, and forms within GHL.
•Optimize layouts, branding, and user experience for conversions.
•Connect domains, tracking tools, and integrations as needed.
•Support implementation of lead capture and conversion systems.
D. Integrations & Technical Support
•Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms and tools.
•Configure API/webhook connections and automation integrations where applicable.
•Support troubleshooting of CRM, automation, and system-related issues.
•Ensure data accuracy, functionality, and proper system performance.
E. Reporting & Optimization
•Monitor workflow performance, lead tracking, and automation results.
•Assist in improving CRM structure, operational workflows, and automation processes.
•Provide reports, updates, and recommendations for system improvements.
•Maintain organized documentation of workflows, automations, and system configurations.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) setup and automation.
•Experience building workflows, pipelines, funnels, and CRM systems.
•Familiarity with email/SMS automation and lead nurturing systems.
•Experience with integrations.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Ability to work independently in a remote environment
