JOB OVERVIEW

# YOUTUBE CHANNEL MANAGER – Long Form Faceless Channels

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager who has **actually managed and grown faceless channels**. This is not an entry-level role. If you have not done this before, please do not apply.

You must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to keep multiple channels running on schedule without being micromanaged.

---
## What You'll Do

- Own the full production workflow across multiple faceless YouTube channels
- Build and maintain a strict content calendar — videos must always be planned, in production, and ready ahead of schedule
- Coordinate directly with editors and designers to hit every deadline
- Research competitors, find outlier videos, and identify winning titles and thumbnail strategies
- Review video quality — titles, hooks, thumbnails, pacing — and give clear, actionable feedback
- Monitor YouTube trends, monetization risks, copyright issues, and platform changes
- Track performance metrics (CTR, AVD, RPM, retention) and use data to improve results
- Build simple SOPs and systems to keep everything running smoothly

---
## What We Require

- Real, proven experience managing faceless YouTube channels (not just your own personal channel)
- Strong grasp of YouTube growth: CTR, retention, AVD, RPM, packaging, and the algorithm
- Experience studying competitors and reverse-engineering what makes videos perform
- Extreme organization — you keep schedules tight, nothing slips through the cracks
- Solid knowledge of YouTube monetization, demonetization, copyright, and community guidelines
- Clear communicator who takes full ownership and follows through

---
## To Apply — Send ALL of the following:

1. Your experience managing faceless YouTube channels
2. Examples or proof of channels you have managed or helped grow
3. How you find outlier videos and research competitors
4. How you keep your production schedule organized (tools you use, how far ahead you plan)
5. Any experience dealing with monetization, demonetization, or copyright issues
6. Have you heard of VidRush
