Reliable WordPress/Elementor Developer Needed for Monthly Support Role

Hi! I run a boutique marketing and branding agency, and I’m looking for a reliable part-time WordPress/Elementor support developer to help with ongoing website updates and client support tasks.

This is not a large redesign role. I’m looking for someone who enjoys careful execution, small website improvements, troubleshooting, and consistent support work.

Most tasks include:

• Updating website copy, images, buttons, and links
• Fixing small Elementor layout or spacing issues
• Mobile responsiveness adjustments
• Header/footer updates
• Formatting pages or blog posts
• Implementing website feedback requests from Userback
• Providing simple before/after screenshots and completion notes

You’ll receive clear written instructions, screenshots, and feedback comments for most tasks.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Is detail-oriented and careful
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is responsive and reliable
• Knows when to ask questions before making larger changes
• Is comfortable working independently once instructions are provided
• Has experience working inside WordPress and Elementor regularly

Most support requests are not urgent, but I’d like someone who can typically respond within 1 business day.

Bonus if you have experience with Userback, Elementor Pro, or staging environments.

This is a long-term support opportunity for the right person. We’ll begin with a small paid test task first to make sure we’re a good fit working together.

Starting Structure
•Paid test task first, usually $20-$30 depending on scope. This comes first before we potentially move forward with a monthly agreement.

If All Goes Well, Starting Ongoing Support Structure
• $150/month for light ongoing website support, approximately 5-10 hours per month
• $12/hour for approved extra hours beyond that
• Opportunity for increased hours over time as trust and workload grow
