Salary: $650/month

We’re looking for a highly organized Influencer Virtual Assistant to help manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and relationship building for our brand.

If you have experience working with influencers, love staying organized, and can confidently manage people and partnerships — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
—Manage influencer outreach campaigns and collaborations
—DM influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
—Build and maintain influencer relationship pipelines
—Track outreach, responses, partnerships, and deliverables
—Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure follow-through
—Help manage influencer communications and relationships


Requirements
—Strong organizational skills
—Experience with influencer outreach programs and collaborations
—Comfortable DMing and communicating with influencers
—Strong people management and relationship-building skills
—Detail-oriented and proactive
—Excellent written English communication

Bonus If You Have
—Experience using spreadsheets, CRMs, or outreach tools
—Social media marketing experience
—Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns


Compensation
—$650/month
