Video editor / Reels / Instragram for real estate

???? WE’RE HIRING — VIDEOGRAPHER / VIDEO EDITOR ????

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Videographer / Video Editor to join our growing real estate & media team in San Diego.

You will be responsible for:
• Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok & social media
• Organizing all content inside Google Drive
• Turning provided clips/videos into clean, engaging content
• Creating high-quality reels, lifestyle edits, property walkthroughs, branding videos, event recaps & social media content
• Maintaining fast turnaround times and organized file management

???? Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced with Instagram Reels & TikTok editing styles
• Strong understanding of transitions, pacing, trending audio & captions
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow branding/style direction
• Experience in real estate content is a huge plus

???? Workflow:
• All raw clips and completed projects will be organized through Google Drive
• Content will be used for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & social media marketing

???? Bonus If You:
• Can color grade professionally
• Can create cinematic edits
• Understand luxury branding/social media marketing
• Can assist with content strategy & posting ideas
