Customer Service Representative

Looking for call representative to follow up with new customers that are calling in for construction estimates. We build new homes and we remodel old homes and we do room additions, and concrete slabs and land grading and tree removal. I’m looking for someone that can call the customers and basically book an appointment for the residential builder of PGC installation Gerald Marseille to meet with them in person. It requires asking prequalifying questions to the customers such as do you have any pictures you can provide of the job? What is your address? How soon are looking to start? How will you be paying for the project? Do you need financing ? Questions like that to prequalify the customer and the lead. The job also requires documenting the call and everything that transpired on the call and also setting appointments for sales reps.
