AI Delivery Developer (Claude Code + Next.js + Supabase) — Part-time

About the role:
I run a small AI agency called Qemoza. We build and run custom web platforms for our clients, email tools, hiring platforms, dealer portals, research tools, paid media systems. I am hiring one developer to own routine delivery for our clients so I can focus more on growth.

This is a long-term role. We start part-time (20 hours a week) and your hours grow as you take on more clients. If you are looking for one stable client for the next 1+ year, this is it.

What you will do:
- Use AI tools (Claude Code Mainly) as your main way of writing code. Traditional coding is a plus, but AI fluency is the core skill
- Ship features for our client projects (Next.js, Supabase, sometimes n8n automations)
- Handle routine client delivery: weekly updates, daily DMs, Loom walkthroughs, simple bug fixes, small new features
- Join client calls with me occasionally (you are there to listen, take notes, follow up)

What I need from you:
- Shipped at least one full-stack web app to production (any stack, show me)
- Use AI dev tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) every day as your primary coding method, if not then having the ability to learn these tools
- Strong English, clear enough for communication
- Git experience branches, merge conflicts, deployments
- Have juggled 2+ project deadlines at the same time before
- You send updates and Loom videos without me asking
- Available 20 hours a week to start, with at least 4 hours of overlap per day with my time zone (Europe, France). afternoon and evening PH time works

What I do not need:
- Someone who needs daily video calls
- Someone who has never touched AI dev tools
- Someone who only works from a full spec doc (we move fast, you have to drive)

Pay:
- Month 1 (paid trial): 20 hours a week at $4 USD per hour (about $347 per month)
- Month 2 plus (if you pass the 30-day review): $5 USD per hour, with hours flexing between 20 and 40 per week depending on workload. So your monthly pay ranges from about $435 to $867 depending on what you ship that month
- Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal, every 2 weeks
- Rate and cadence above are fixed for the first 90 days. No renegotiation in that window. If this does not work for you, please tell me NOW so we either agree on terms or part friendly

Tools I will give you on day 1:
- Claude Code account (I provide, $200 a month)
- GitHub access to our company org
- Vercel access per project
- Supabase access per project
- Slack for daily communication
- Access to our CRM for project tracking
