Part-Time Content & Operations Assistant (Remote)

We are hiring a part-time Content & Operations Assistant to help support a growing women’s wellness brand and multiple short-term rental properties.

This is ongoing monthly work where you’ll help create social media content, organize online communities, assist with customer communication, and support day-to-day business operations.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, creative, and comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
Create and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts
Write engaging captions and basic marketing content
Repurpose photos, videos, reviews, and customer feedback into posts
Assist with short-form video/reel ideas
Organize social media content and files
Help manage ambassador and online community engagement
Administrative Support
Organize spreadsheets and business files
Track tasks and follow-ups
Help manage email inboxes and customer messages
Conduct basic online research
Assist with data entry and reporting
Short-Term Rental Support
Help respond to guest messages
Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance contacts
Assist with reservation and turnover tracking
Help organize property notes and check-in information
What We’re Looking For

You must have:

Strong English writing skills
Good communication and organization
Experience using Canva
Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliable internet connection

Bonus if you have experience with:

Amazon Seller Central
Airbnb or short-term rentals
Social media scheduling tools
Customer service
Google Sheets/Docs
