As we continue growing nationally, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Revenue Operations Coordinator to support our sales, client experience, and operational systems.
This is not a basic admin role.
This position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, client experience, and workflow management - helping ensure every enquiry, proposal, activation, and opportunity moves efficiently through the business.
You’ll play a critical role in helping our team operate faster, smarter, and more consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Client Coordination
- Managing inbound enquiries and lead flow
- Supporting fast and professional client communication
- Coordinating follow-ups and sales activity
- Ensuring opportunities progress efficiently through the pipeline
- Assisting with client experience and communication consistency
CRM & Revenue Operations
- Managing and maintaining GoHighLevel CRM
- Updating pipelines, stages, tasks, and notes
- Monitoring workflow accuracy and responsiveness
- Supporting automation systems and operational processes
- Helping improve operational efficiency across the business
Proposal & Sales Coordination
- Preparing draft proposals and quote documentation
- Organising case studies, examples, and supporting materials
- Assisting the sales team with coordination and follow-up
- Supporting proposal quality and turnaround times
Reporting & Workflow Management
- Supporting weekly pipeline and sales reporting
- Tracking lead response times and workflow performance
- Monitoring operational KPIs
- Identifying bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
Research & Database Growth
- Researching venues, agencies, sporting organisations, and event opportunities
- Assisting with strategic outreach initiatives
- Building and maintaining organised contact databases
AI, Systems & Documentation
- Supporting SOP and workflow documentation
- Assisting with AI implementation and operational systems
- Maintaining templates, internal resources, and process documentation
- Helping the business scale through smarter systems and automation

Salary
PHP 55,000 – PHP 65,000 per month
