Hybrid Laundry & Service Business (Remote)

We are a growing UK-based laundry business offering self-service laundrette facilities, collection & delivery laundry services, Airbnb laundry, and commercial laundry solutions.
As the business grows, we are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to help streamline daily operations, improve systems, and support business growth.
This is not just a basic admin role — we are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping a growing business become more efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Creating and sending invoices
Managing spreadsheets and business records
Assisting with customer communications
Supporting day-to-day business operations
Operations & Systems
Building and managing a Notion workspace for the business
Creating systems and templates to improve organisation
Developing staff rota systems
Creating efficient route plans for collection & delivery drivers
Helping improve workflow processes and operational efficiency
Marketing & Lead Generation
Researching and generating local business leads
Reaching out to potential commercial clients
Assisting with partnership opportunities
Identifying growth opportunities for the business

Social Media Support
Scheduling social media content
Assisting with content organisation
Repurposing content for different platforms
Helping maintain a consistent online presence

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, and social scheduling tools
Good at problem solving and creating systems
Confident with spreadsheets and admin tasks
Familiar with route planning or operations coordination (preferred but not essential)
Interested in small business growth and entrepreneurship
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
Experience working with service-based businesses
Social media/content experience
Knowledge of automation tools
CRM or workflow management experience
Experience with lead generation
Hours & Pay
Remote position
Flexible hours initially
