About me:
I run a Costa del Sol property website (Spain) covering new developments - apartments, villas, townhouses for international buyers. The site needs new developments added regularly and existing ones kept up to date with the latest prices, floor plans, and details.
This is a long-term role. Starts part-time, moves to full-time if we're a good fit.
What you'll do:
For each new development, I'll send you the source materials (brochures, price lists, floor plans). You'll:
1. Add the project to Inmobalia (our listings system) with basic info - title, reference, location, price range, completion date...
2. Add detailed info to my website's admin panel - unit sizes, terrace sizes, bedrooms, bathrooms, starting prices per layout, payment terms, launch date
3. Generate the description by running my pre-made prompt through Claude or ChatGPT, then reviewing the output for anything obviously wrong before publishing
4. Upload images, floor plans, and price lists (drag-and-drop)
5. When info is missing, do a quick Google search ("[project name] [town]") to find it, or message me to send it
You will also have access to portals of the developers, which have the information about the projects (sometimes in the form a website, sometimes a google drive/dropbox).
Ongoing maintenance:
- I'll send updated price lists or floor plans regularly - you replace the old ones
- You'll monitor a few competitor sites I'll give you, checking daily for newly launched developments to add
- Inmobalia can filter by "last reviewed" - you'll work through projects that need updating and message me for anything you need
The goal: every Costa del Sol development on my site, always up to date.
Skills you need:
- Reliable, detail-oriented data entry. Typos in prices or sizes are a big problem.
- Basic floor plan reading. You don't need to be an architect - you just need to be able to find "Bedroom 1: 14m²" on a floor plan and put 14 in the right field, same for terrace size etc. I'll send you an example floor plan as part of the application. The floor plans are in Spanish, but extremely easy to understand (you might need to learn just 5 words that repeat).
- Good English (you'll quickly read AI-generated descriptions and spot anything weird)
- Honest about what you don't know - if you're unsure, ALWAYS ask. I'd rather answer 20 questions than fix 20 wrong entries.
What I'm paying:
$4-5/hour to start, ~20 hours/week. Move to full-time if it's going well.
Hours and time zone:
Flexible on your hours, but I need some overlap with European working hours (CET/CEST). If I message you at 10am Spain time, I'd like a response within a few hours, not the next day. Tell me your typical working window.

3. Tell me what data entry or admin work you've done before (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
4. Tell me your time zone and what hours you typically work.
5. Confirm you have stable internet and can handle web admin panels and Google Drive.

7. Even though you will work with ChatGPT/Claude, write your response in your own words. I work with AI on daily basis and will recognize it within a second.
