Influencer Manager & Outreach Specialist

We're hiring an Influencer Manager to own the full creator pipeline — sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and tracking — across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Long-term role for someone who can build and run a repeatable creator partnership program.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other platforms based on our briefs (audience size, niche, geo, engagement profile)
- Organize and track every creator in clean, structured sheets — status, contact info, audience data, conversation history, deal terms
- Reach out via DM and email — write the openers, manage follow-ups, keep the pipeline moving
- Negotiate rates and deal structures (flat fee, performance bonus, affiliate code, hybrid) within our defined budget and rules
- Communicate the brief, manage timelines, and coordinate handoff to our team once a deal is signed
- Report on outreach throughput (creators sourced, contacted, responded, closed) and campaign performance


REQUIRED
- 1+ years experience in influencer marketing management, creator outreach, or partnership management
- Hands-on with sourcing and outreach across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X)
- Proven ability to negotiate and close creator deals at fair rates
- Strong written English — daily DMs and emails to creators
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar to keep the pipeline tight
- Reliable, self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision


NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience in trading, prop firms, fintech, crypto, or other finance-adjacent verticals
- Experience with influencer tools (Modash, Aspire, Heepsy, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, GRIN, HypeAuditor, Klear)
- Background managing affiliate / partner programs alongside influencer deals
