We are a UK-based lead generation agency that works exclusively with aesthetics clinics — skin clinics, laser hair removal centres, and medical spas. We run paid ad campaigns, build out full CRM systems in GoHighLevel, and automate the entire client journey from lead to booked appointment.

We are growing fast and we need a Facebook Ads Media Buyer who actually knows how to generate high-quality leads, not just cheap clicks.

This is not a role for someone who has "boosted a few posts" or relies entirely on broad targeting and hoping for the best. We need someone who understands campaign architecture, creative testing, offer positioning, and how to scale ad spend profitably in the aesthetics space.

What You Will Be Doing

Your job is to own the ad accounts and drive the lead flow. That means:

•Campaign Management: Building, launching, and managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for multiple aesthetics clinics simultaneously

•Creative & Copy: Writing ad copy and selecting/directing creatives that actually convert in the aesthetics niche

•Testing & Optimization: Running rigorous A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and offers to drive down Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality

•Data Analysis: Monitoring ROAS, CPL, and click-through rates daily, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance

•Reporting: Providing clear, concise updates to the team and clients on campaign performance

•Platform Integration: Ensuring lead forms and pixels are correctly set up and firing into our GoHighLevel CRM

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Haves — Non-Negotiable:

•Proven Facebook Ads experience. You must have managed significant ad spend and can show us real results (screenshots of active accounts, ROAS, CPL).

•Lead generation expertise. E-commerce media buying is great, but we need someone who knows how to generate qualified leads for local service businesses.

•Strong copywriting skills. You know how to write direct-response copy that gets people to take action.

•Analytical mindset. You don't guess; you look at the data and know exactly what lever to pull when a campaign is underperforming.

•Excellent written English. You will be communicating with the team daily via Slack and writing ad copy for UK audiences.

•Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup.

Strong Preferences — Green Flags:

•Aesthetics niche experience. If you have run ads for Botox, laser hair removal, or skin clinics before, you go straight to the top of the pile.

•Previous experience working inside a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts.

•Familiarity with ---------- and how Facebook lead forms integrate with it.

•You are proactive — you spot ad fatigue before the client complains and you bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
