What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional
- Assist customers with order questions, shipping updates, returns, sizing guidance, and product inquiries
- Create premium customer experiences that reflect the warmth and style of a boutique fashion brand
- Resolve issues independently and confidently while keeping customer satisfaction top priority
- Maintain accurate records and manage support tickets efficiently
- Represent our brand voice with kindness, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction
Who We’re Looking For
You may be the perfect fit if you:
? Write excellent English with natural, polished communication skills (American writing style strongly preferred)
? Have previous e-commerce customer service experience (fashion experience is a big plus)
? Are fast, organized, and highly detail-oriented
? Have a natural problem-solving mindset and stay calm under pressure
? Can work independently and take ownership of customer issues
? Are available during U.S. business hours
? Are comfortable with platforms like Shopify, Gmail, and Google Workspace
