GHL Wizard & AI Automation

We’re looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Wizard + AI Automation Specialist to support our growing client base with funnel builds, CRM systems, automations, integrations, AI implementation, and technical support.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who is technically confident, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently while following systems and instructions precisely.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing technical support to clients primarily within GoHighLevel
• Building and optimizing funnels, landing pages, and websites
• Creating workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM setups
• Assisting with scalable, templated system builds for agency clients
• Following SOPs, Loom videos, and documented processes to execute builds efficiently
• Making strategic improvements when needed instead of simply copying instructions
• Managing integrations using:
o Zapier
o ----------
o n8n
o Other modern automation tools
• Supporting AI-powered workflows and automation systems

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Clean, modern design sense for funnels and pages
Preferred Experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel (highly preferred)
• Experience with Zapier, ---------- , or n8n
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI automation workflows
• Experience supporting agency or coaching clients
Working Structure
• Starts as project-based work

Compensation
• $10–$15/hour
• Pay will depend on experience, technical ability, and quality of work
