AI Short-Form Editor: PH Daytime Hours, Full AI Stack (Hiring 2)

Looking for TWO experienced AI video editors. Tokyo working hours — normal daytime, no midnight shifts. Weekends off. Live a normal life.
Hiring two editors to handle daily production from the scripts, scene mapping, and strategy I provide. NOT a beginner role — you must be fluent with the full AI video stack and execute against detailed instructions without hand-holding.

The trial assignment IS the application. No resumes, no "I'm interested" replies.
Trial is paid if you are hired. Once accepted, every video is paid from day one at the rates below, and your trial submission counts as your first paid deliverable. If not hired, the trial is unpaid — same as any application.

THE ROLE:
4 videos/day (three 30–40s + one 90–120s), 5 days/week
Normal daytime hours, evenings and weekends off
I provide scripts, scene maps, character refs, environments, Project Instructions, paid account access
Pay scales with output on a transparent ladder

STACK (must know): Claude, NanoBanana Pro or Higgsfield.ai, Veo 3.1, CapCut, ElevenLabs voice conversion, Google Drive
REQUIREMENTS: Strong English, stable internet, PC that runs CapCut smoothly, same-day feedback application, prompt WhatsApp replies, payment via Wise

COMPENSATION (bi-monthly via Wise, bonus = hit all daily deliverables):
Start: $500/mo ($450 base + $50 bonus)
90 days: $550/mo
6 months: $600/mo
