JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm a solo creator building a YouTube + content brand. I'm looking for ONE full-time creative assistant to become
my right hand on production for the next 2-3+ years.

This is not a freelance gig and not an agency role. You work directly with
me, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. You're not juggling 4 other clients —
you're part of a two-person team.

I'll tell you what to work on each day. You'll execute. Over time as you
learn how I think, you'll need less and less direction. The goal is a real
long-term partnership where you grow with the project.

SALARY AND HOURS

- $300 USD per month
- Full-time: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Paid monthly via Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal (your choice)
- 13th-month bonus after 12 months
- Performance bonuses tied to channel growth milestones
- All software subscriptions paid by me (Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools,
everything you need to do the job)

This is a modest salary. What you get in exchange:
- Stable long-term income (this is a multi-year seat, not a 3-month gig)
- Flexible work-from-home setup

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR 8 HOURS EACH DAY

Most days will mix some of these:
- Edit YouTube videos in Adobe Premiere Pro (mostly OBS screen recordings
synced to my voiceover straightforward)
- Design YouTube thumbnails in Adobe Photoshop (3-5 variants per video)
- Build mindmaps, diagrams, presentation and documents using web-based tools and record with OBS video synced to voiceovers
- Use AI tools to speed up the work: ChatGPT/Claude for writing help,
Midjourney or Ideogram for visuals, Eleven Labs for voice samples
- Upload finished videos to YouTube with full metadata (title, description,
tags, chapters, thumbnail, scheduled publish time)
- Create LinkedIn carousels, Pinterest pins, Instagram post and other platform assets from
the same video (1 video ? multiple platform pieces)
- Organize files in Google Drive / Dropbox
- Other creative tasks I throw your way (designing simple PDFs, formatting
documents)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Adobe Premiere Pro: at least 1 year of practical experience. You can do
cuts, transitions, audio sync, basic text overlays, and color correction.
- Adobe Photoshop: comfortable making YouTube thumbnails and social media
graphics.
- Strong written English: you'll write video descriptions and social captions.
- Comfortable with AI tools
- Stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a computer that runs Premiere
smoothly (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred).
- Discord, Slack, or WhatsApp for daily communication.

PERSONALITY FIT

This matters as much as the skills. I want to hire someone who:
- Asks questions when a brief is unclear, BEFORE making mistakes
- Is honest when they don't know something (I'd rather hear "I haven't done
this before, can you show me" than have a bad output delivered)
- Hits deadlines. If you say Thursday, it ships Thursday.
- Is detail-oriented (typos in thumbnails are not acceptable)
- Is curious willing to try new tools, new methods, learn from feedback
- Wants a stable long-term home, not a stepping stone to bigger clients

WHAT THIS IS NOT

- Not a part-time side hustle. This is your main job.
- Not multiple clients at once. Just me.
- Not "design pretty things and wait for praise." This is real production work.
- Not for someone who needs constant hand-holding after the first 30 days.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (read carefully)

Send me ONE message with:

1. A 2-minute Loom video introducing yourself in English. Tell me:
- Your video editing experience (what tools, how long, what kind of content)
- One AI tool you've used and what for
- 1 mindmap you have created before (show me)
- Why you're looking for a long-term role specifically

2. Three portfolio links (your actual work, not your agency's):
- Premiere Pro video edits
- One Photoshop thumbnail or graphic
- One document, slide deck, or layout design you made

3. Your computer specs (RAM, CPU, internet speed test screenshot)

4. Start the application with this word "compounding" so I know you read
the full post. Applications that skip this won't be opened.

5. Confirm you can commit to 8 hours per day Monday-Friday and the $300/mo
salary works for you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

- I review applications within 7 days
- 5 candidates get a 20-min Zoom interview
- Top 2 candidates do a 1-video paid trial (about 4 hours of work, paid
$10 USD for the trial regardless of outcome)
- Final hire onboards within 2 weeks of trial completion

Looking for someone for 2-3+ years. If that's you, I'd love to talk.
