Job Overview

Position Summary
We are a fast-growing remote digital marketing team specializing in Facebook advertising and performance marketing Our company helps online businesses worldwide scale their ads optimize conversions and develop long-term growth strategies

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play an important role within the team by primarily handling the recruitment of experienced Facebook Media Buyers and other digital marketing talent This position requires close collaboration with management and operations teams to support recruitment onboarding and daily administrative processes

We are looking for someone who is organized detail-oriented proactive and has strong communication skills The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely and capable of handling multiple recruitment tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment human resources or related administrative work

Experience recruiting Facebook Media Buyers is preferred

Knowledge of Facebook advertising and digital marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Human Resources
Recruit experienced Facebook Media Buyers and digital marketing talent

Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

Schedule interviews and communicate professionally with candidates

Assist with onboarding and recruitment-related documentation

Operations & Administration
Maintain and organize candidate databases recruitment records and HR files

Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment processes

Assist with administrative tasks and operational support when needed

General Responsibilities
Participate in tea ---------- etings and recruitment planning discussions

Support the company’s overall growth and hiring goals

Assist with other HR or administrative-related tasks as assigned

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Basic understanding of Facebook advertising and digital marketing

Familiar with Google Sheets Excel and spreadsheet tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Good written and spoken English skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
