Long-Term Part-Time Marketing & Operations VA for US Real Estate Review Site

ABOUT THE COMPANY
---------- is a US-based platform where American homeowners post reviews of their Homeowner Association (HOA) communities. We launched in May 2026 and currently index over 90,000 HOAs across Florida and Texas. Think of us as the Yelp or Trustpilot for HOAs.

We are growing fast and need a reliable, long-term VA to help us reach more homeowners and run day-to-day operations. This is not a one-month gig. If we work well together, this role grows in hours and pay as the business scales.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will execute marketing and operations tasks against detailed playbooks that we have already written. You are not expected to develop strategy or invent content from scratch. We provide the templates, the rubrics, the target accounts, and the schedule. Your job is to execute consistently, track results, and flag anything that needs the founder's judgment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Marketing (about 60% of your time):
- Post helpful comments in Reddit communities (r/florida, r/texas, r/HOA, and city-specific subreddits) using our approved comment templates and tone guide
- Post in Florida and Texas Facebook groups related to ---------- and HOAs
- Schedule and post content to our Instagram ---------- and Facebook accounts using our content calendar
- Send template-based email outreach to Florida and Texas real estate agents
- Track all outreach activity in a Google Sheets dashboard we will provide

Operations (about 40% of your time):
- Read incoming homeowner reviews and apply our moderation rubric (approve clear cases, flag uncertain ones to the founder)
- Respond to contact form submissions using prepared templates, escalate complex cases
- Verify 25-50 HOA records per week against public source records, flag inaccuracies

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- Make legal decisions or respond to legal threats
- Handle payment disputes
- Make final decisions on contested reviews
- Reach out to HOA boards or property management companies directly
- Write any code or touch the website backend
- Make public statements representing HOAReview's positions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Excellent written English. You must be able to write Reddit and >Facebook comments that read naturally to an American audience. We will test this in the application.
- Strong attention to detail. Mistakes in HOA data or moderation calls have real consequences for homeowners.
- Reliable and self-managing. You will work 10 hours/week on your own schedule. You need to actually do the work without being micromanaged.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic web research.
- Previous VA experience helpful but not required if you have strong writing and judgment skills.
- Willingness to commit long-term. We do not want to retrain every six months.

NICE TO HAVE (not required)
- Prior experience with Reddit, Facebook groups, or community management
- Experience with US real estate, HOAs, or property management
- Familiarity with Canva for simple social media graphics

COMPENSATION
- $6/hour USD ($260/month for 10 hours/week) to start
- Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal (your preference)
- Performance review at 90 days. If we are happy with your work, hourly rate increases to $7/hour and we discuss expanding to 12-15 hours/week.
- 13th month bonus for VAs who reach 12 months with us
- All tools and accounts provided
