# JUNIOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

### Remote Position

LAM is seeking a motivated and dependable Junior Virtual Assistant with actual experience using:

* Squarespace
* Substack
* MailerLite
* Web design
* Social media platforms and digital marketing

## IMPORTANT
Please DO NOT state that you have experience using these platforms if you actually do not. We are specifically seeking someone with REAL working knowledge and hands-on experience.

This position will begin as a Junior VA role; however, the goal is for the right person to eventually move into an Executive VA position as the company grows.

# POSITION DETAILS

* Position Type: Part-Time to Start
* Starting Pay: $3.50 – $4.00 per hour
* Opportunity for advancement into Full-Time and Executive VA role based upon performance, initiative, reliability, and growth

# RESPONSIBILITIES

## Website & Platform Support

* Assist with updating and maintaining websites
* Help build and manage Substack publication pages
* Create and update landing pages, forms, and email campaigns in MailerLite
* Assist with improving website layout and user experience

## Design & Marketing

* Create simple, professional graphics and flyers
* Assist with ebook uploads and promotional materials
* Help maintain branding consistency across platforms
* Assist with social media posting and audience growth

## Administrative & Growth Support

* Assist with outreach and communication tasks
* Help organize projects and assignments
* Provide daily progress updates
* Assist with ideas to help improve engagement and sales
