Instagram Lead Research VA — Alluvra Management

About the role
We are a growing creator management agency looking for a detail-oriented VA to find and compile high-quality Instagram leads daily. Your sole job is to identify content creators on Instagram who would be a great fit for our management services and log them into our system every day.
This is a long-term, stable role with room to grow. If you are organised, consistent, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
What you will do every day

Find 100 qualified creator profiles on Instagram daily
Log each lead into our shared system with all required fields completed
Verify each lead meets our quality criteria before logging (checklist provided)
Submit your completed list by the daily deadline — time zone flexible
Flag any patterns you notice — niches performing well, trends, etc.

You are the right fit if you...

Have experience researching or building lead lists manually or with tools
Are extremely detail-oriented — you do not cut corners on quality
Are comfortable using Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic research tools
Can work independently without daily hand-holding
Communicate proactively if something is not working
Have reliable internet and a consistent daily schedule

Bonus points (not required)

Familiarity with the creator economy or subscription content space
Experience with PhantomBuster, Outscraper, or similar scraping tools
Previous work with an agency or client acquisition team
