Social Media & Facebook Ads Assistant

We are looking for a Social Media & Facebook Ads Assistant to help grow our UK-based businesses, including:

Required skills:
- Strong experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager / Instagram
- Ability to create and manage lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of audiences, retargeting, optimisation, and scaling
- Social media content planning and posting
- Ability to write engaging captions and ad copy
- Experience growing Facebook and Instagram pages
- Basic Canva/design skills
- Ability to create simple graphics, reels, or short videos
- Understanding of engagement, reach, and community building
- Organised and able to report results clearly
- Good English communication

Preferred experience:
- Lead generation agencies
- TikTok/Reels content
- GoHighLevel or CRM systems
- AI tools like ChatGPT
