Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator who can produce high-quality real estate marketing materials for the US market. You will design offering memorandums, pitch decks, and property marketing collateral for some of New York’s most active real estate professionals. This role is for someone with a strong design eye, fast execution, and the ability to work on deadline-driven projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Design and produce offering memorandums (OMs) for investment transactions
• Build pitch decks and investor presentations from scratch or from existing templates
• Create property marketing materials — brochures, one-pagers, and digital assets
• Coordinate with the financial analyst team to incorporate data, charts, and tables into presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across all client materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Assist with social media graphics, email marketing assets, and web content as needed

REQUIRMENTS:
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or marketing
• Strong portfolio showing presentation design, layout, and brand work — please include link or attachment
• Ability to take direction and deliver clean, professional work quickly
• Strong attention to detail — design accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience producing US real estate marketing materials is a strong advantage
