We are looking for experienced and motivated Paid Media Specialists to join our growing team and help drive high-performing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Position: Paid Media Specialist
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Google Ads

Facebook Ads
TikTok Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
Analyze advertising data and improve conversion performance
Develop scaling strategies and growth-focused campaign structures
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams
Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media
Are highly experienced with:
Google Ads

Facebook Ads
TikTok Ads
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understand campaign scaling, ROAS optimization, CPA, CPL, and conversion strategies
Are responsible, proactive, and results-oriented
Can work independently in a remote environment
Have a growth mindset and long-term career goals
Mandatory Requirements
Must hold at least one professional certification:
Google Certifications
Meta/Facebook Certifications
Must possess a valid international English certificate:
IELTS
TOEIC
TOEFL
or equivalent
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their capabilities through:
Portfolio

Monthly Income:

$2,000 – $3,000/month
(Based on experience and proven performance)
