Virtual Assistant Wanted – Screen Recorder & Video Assembler for Tech Tutorials

We are a digital media team expanding our educational tech content, and we are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help assemble short software tutorials for our established youtube channel.

This is a straightforward, highly process-driven role. You will not need to write scripts, speak on microphone, or perform complex video edits. We provide professionally recorded voice over of script; your job is to execute the visual steps on your laptop and sync them up as shown in a reference video.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Review Instructions: You will be given daily task lists and reference materials outlining the exact steps needed for each video tutorial.

Screen Record: Use OBS to record your screen while clicking through the required steps on various websites or software. (No microphone or camera required).

Sync & Assemble: Take our pre-supplied professional voiceover tracks, drop them into CapCut, and sync your screen recording to match the audio cues.

Batch Export: Trim out any dead space, export the final MP4s, and upload them to our team drive.

Requirements:

A reliable computer/laptop capable of running OBS and CapCut smoothly.

Basic tech-savviness (e.g., you know your way around standard software, browsers, and computer settings).

Strong attention to detail—ensuring on-screen actions perfectly match the provided audio.

Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work. These are 1-to-2 minute micro-tutorials, so you will be assembling a high volume of these short clips per shift.


Compensation & Hours:

3$ per hour.

35 hours per week (7 hours/day, 5 days/week).

Weekly Payments.

Flexible working schedule—work when it suits you, as long as daily upload targets are met.
