Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid accounting background, and hands-on experience managing finances for e-commerce businesses.

The Accounting Manager will oversee and lead a team of accountants, help drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency, and work closely with the CEO to support strategic business decisions. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, analytical, and confident when it comes to numbers and financial management.

Time Zone Requirement: Must be available to work within Pacific Time (PT) hours

*Lead and manage the accounting team and daily accounting operations
*Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and financial processes
*Manage accounting operations for e-commerce businesses
*Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business growth
*Work closely with the CEO on financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making
*Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
*Improve accounting systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
*Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
*Take initiative in identifying financial risks and opportunities for improvement
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company operations

Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role
*Strong experience managing accounting operations for e-commerce businesses
*Experience leading and managing a team of accountants
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Highly detail-oriented and organized
*Strong initiative and ability to think strategically with numbers and financial data
*Ability to work closely with executive leadership, especially the CEO
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial systems
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment
*Experience with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus
