Cold Caller for AI Startup (B2B / North America) - $3/hr + Bonuses

Hi everyone, I'm Asad, founder of Avidra, a small AI startup based in Toronto, Canada. We're building an AI receptionist that answers calls for small trade businesses in North America (plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians) when the owner can't pick up.

I'm looking for a part-time outbound caller to help us reach our first 100 customers. This is long-term ongoing work, not a one-off gig. I want to find someone I can grow with.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:
- Make 80-100 outbound calls per shift using our pre-researched lead list
- Use our script and objection-handling guide (full training provided)
- Goal of every call: get permission to send our 2-minute demo video. NOT to close the sale. I close those myself afterward.
- Log every call in a Google Sheet (provided)
- Send a daily 5-minute screen recording with 2-3 actual call recordings and the common objections you heard

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong, clear English with a neutral or North American accent. This is the most important one. Our customers are tradespeople in the US and Canada who hang up quickly on calls they cannot easily understand.
- 1+ year of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Experience with VOIP tools (we provide the account)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and screen recording tools
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, decent headset
- 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 2 AM Manila Time (this is 9 AM to 2 PM Eastern Time, the strongest pickup window for tradespeople in North America)
- B2B outbound experience only. No real estate, insurance, or MLM.

COMPENSATION:
- $3 USD per hour base, paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
- $2 bonus per qualified lead (real business owner, real contact info, agreed to receive the demo)
- $20 bonus per paid customer who signs up from a lead you generated
- $10 retention bonus when that customer stays 60+ days

A solid caller with consistent conversion can land around $5-7 per hour effective rate once the bonuses are factored in.

I'll be straight with you: the base is on the lower end because we're early and bootstrapped. The bonuses are real and they're how I want this role to actually pay. If that math does not work for you, no hard feelings.

HOW TO APPLY:
