We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling successful campaigns while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations

Requirements
2+ years of Google Ads management experience
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certifications
Agency experience
Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking
Landing page optimization experience
