JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to plan, manage, and scale our paid campaigns. If you know how to turn ad spend into real, measurable results and you're comfortable owning campaigns end to end, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:

Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and more)
Carry out keyword research and build well-structured campaigns and ad groups
Write compelling ad copy and set up effective extensions
Manage budgets and bidding to hit target CPA / ROAS
Monitor performance daily and optimise — keywords, bids, audiences, negatives
Run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversions
Set up and check conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
Report clearly on results and recommend next steps

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts (please share results or case studies)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, keyword strategy, and bidding
Confident with conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Data-driven, with a sharp eye for spotting what's working and what isn't
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and reporting skills

Nice to have:

Google Ads certification
Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, TikTok)
Experience in our niche (mention yours here)
